Personal Peek: CasaCullen's Twenty-Ten Resolutions

It's that time of year. Time to start thinking of things you want to change, things you want to start doing and things you've had on your to-do list but ignored. CasaCullen Hubby and I sat down recently and wrote down about 20 different things we'd love to do in 2010 to make our casa more...our own. We then whittled the list down to our top five...and those five fixin's have found their spot on my list above.

Yes, they are mere numbers and words right now...but I can assure you that having them now on cyberspace and openly sharing them will give us the gung-ho energy to complete these five projects in 2010. We're planning to even do more...but for now, this is a great start that we both agree on and are eager to get started on.

So, starting with number one...we've already begun the research on counter tops for the kitchen. We were always thinking granite but now that some research has been done, we're actually contemplating some more greener options. We also are toying with the idea of a butcher block island and matching breakfast nook table (possibly at bar height). So we've just started the brainstorming and search.
