A-list Accessory: Alexander McQueen's Square-Toe Pumps

Square Toe Heels at Alexander McQueen Runway and on Celebs

With the rise of summer weather and warmer temps, most of us are thinking how to show off our supremely pedicured toes. Well, here's one shoe that has been reigning on the red carpet that keeps your toes hidden, well pedicured or not. It's Alexander McQueen's luscious square toe pump. Shown in McQueen's Spring 2008 Collection, the pump graced the runway on over half of the gorgeously clad models. It got some mileage and garnered some celebrity attention too!

Above you see Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow and Christina Aguilera in the square toe goodies. They all look ravishing and you can see the pumps transition well from moderately casual to uber formal!

I've provided two different versions of the usual speedy-savvy-stylin' below. The first are kicks under $150 and the second set are those coming it at $150 and more. You will see Alexander McQueen's exact version in this later bunch, for a whopping $1440, if crocodile is what you normally don, of course!

I say, take a look at the more affordable options like the Spiegel Studded Buckle Pump or Naughty Monkey's Walk The Talk Pump! Both options will work well for Summer and on into Fall/Winter too!   I recently tried on Kalliste Studded Pump and can I just say, "Comfortable!"  So, although we buy bras to pump/plump/lift us up...this may actually be one time when you want to put your flat front first! Enjoy!

Fashion Risktaker: Black Socks and Heels à la Burberry's Spring Collection

Burberry Spring Ads

Black Socks and Sandals on Burberry's Spring Runway

Ok...so I know this is something that is already HUGE in Europe (via my amazing European readers) but it just hasn't taken hold in the USA...yet! I love this little chic trend and I'm going to do my best to make it happen! Little lady-like socks in black with some badass strappy platform black sandals = rocker chic and totally cool!

As you can see, above, Burberry sported the look all over their Spring Runway Show and on their Spring Advertisement Campaign. We've shown you some looks donning socks/sandals before; HERE, HERE and HERE! And we've told you about our complete adoration for all things Agyness Deyn, HERE! Combine the two and you have Burberry's Spring Campaign and some chic looks from the Runway...all sporting black sandals with socks!

No speedy-savvy-stylin' needed! I'm quite certain you have a cute pair of pumps/sandals and some sporty lil' socks! Sport black on black for a more subtle take if you're a bit leery. So...as I'm heading to see a bit of SATC The Movie with my ladies this weekend, I might just venture out of the house, sporting this here, risk-taking trend. We all know that Carrie would've easily pulled if off...and I think you can too! Enjoy!

Personal Style: "Whole Foods Market Run" - à la Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow in Gold Gladiators

(Click for More Info and Where to BUY!)

When I saw this picture of Gwyneth Paltrow I was just loving her look. We saw her all over the world, donning sky-high heels for her numerous Ironman premieres! I love some laid-back Gwyn so this look is so summer superb and she's traded in those uncomfy heels for some statement-making GOLD GLADIATORS! Yes, yes...we've been chatting about brights and florals, but this is a surefire way to mix in those blacks that lay dormant in your closet for these hot and sunny months.

I've provided some speedy-savvy-stylin' that is very affordable for you, via Polyvore. Both golden gladiators are under $50 and each separate entire ensembles cashes in around only $150! I've added some ECO-FRIENDLY re-usable shopping bags...since this ensemble is truly something I'd sport on my many Whole Foods runs. You should also try to trade-in your black pants/black jeans for something a bit more summery! Sport jean shorts (like Ahsley Tisdale did HERE) or your newest gam-lovin' wardrobe essential - a pair of LBS! Regardless of what's in your closet, gold flats are a great addition to your summer wardrobe, even if they aren't in gladiator form, because a ballet or thong will fit the bill too! Enjoy!

Accessory Trend: Detailed and Funky - Decorated Heels on the Fall Runway

Decorated and Crazy Heels on the Runway

Kids have heelys but we have our own adult-version! No heel will be left unnoticed! I have quite the treat for you today as I've slaved over this here post, for a few weeks. You're welcome! I've slowly been gathering close-up pics of some HOT heels on the Fall Runways. Here just a dozen of my many faves, above.

As you can see, detailed heels are a trend that's here to stay for another season. Prada showed a bevy of different options, while John Galliano's attention to fringe and Chloé's purple strapped goodness are probably my two favorite from above!

Since I'm feeling quite giving after a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend, I've included some killer speedy-savvy-stylin' below. There are versions for $50 and some for $500! I think this is something FUN to purchase and when worn with long slacks or jeans, they will just stand-in for your normal peep-toes or pumps.

It can be as easy as having a metallic stiletto or printed wedge...so easy to emulate!  One thing's for sure, once you cross those lady-like legs...VOILA, a heel that is drool-worhty and a surefire conversation starter emerges! You'll be the envy of all your friends with your stylish and eye-catching, detailed heels!

Wardrobe Essential: Hot Swimsuit for Memorial Day/Summertime

Resort 2009 swimsuits

It's Memorial Day Weekend...so what does that mean? Yes, all the great sales! Yes, yummy bar-b-q with friends. Yes, outdoor FUN with your family. And lastly...yes to a new swimsuit! Above are six looks from the 2009 Resort Collections. Featured, upper left and clockwise; Christian Dior, Chanel, Chanel, Christian Dior, Fendi and Chanel. As you see, all of the goodies have some sort of tummy-control/coverage so DO keep that in mind as your shopping for the perfect suit!

I love swimsuits and really feel like you can get a GREAT suit at bargain prices. Right now is NOT the smartest time to buy a new suit, as nothing is on sale. But it is FUN when you think about all those hours you've spent 'working on your fitness' and you're ready to let them PAY OFF at the beach. Well, I can only dream of a sun-shining Memorial Day weekend...it's in the 50's and drizzling, boo! BUT, I do know the day will come when I'll be basking in the sunshine in a new summer suit...and well, looking at all my speedy-savvy-stylin' and killer beach bods has be truly inspired! I will be promptly heading to the gym after this!

Do take time to breeze through my selections of killer suits for under $150! I love animal print suits and striped suits. I also love my classic black bikinis too. What I tend to lean towards when laying out/beaching it up is a suit that leaves minimal strap lines, so bandeaus rule in my book too! So, whether you are working on Monday or are enjoying a four-day weekend in the Bahamas (if so, please stop reading this and go ENJOY the sun)...be beach ready in a new suit that is drool-worthy but don't forget your SPF!

Real-life Runway: Taylor Momsen in Gorgeous Marchesa Gown

Taylor momsen and oxana pautova in same marchesa gown

I love me some Taylor Momsen and I love me some Marchesa gowns. In a sea of WHITE lately, I found it weirdly refreshing to see Taylor step out on in a predominately black gown. But this isn't your typical black gown by any means. The workmanship, creativity and overlays make this a true work of art! She sparkled regally at American Ballet Theatre's Monday-night Spring Gala. At least no one else wore it, like the duo - HERE!

Oxana Pautova also wore the gown when showing Marchesa's Spring 2008 Collection. The young model had the 'straight out of the bedroom' look down pat. Who wore the gown better and whose look do I like best? Although I'm really excited to see a model "filling out" a Marchesa gown, as Pautova does...Momsen truly steals the show with her sleek locks, teenie accessories (necklace) and small chain bag. The gown is just ravishing and truly a stunner. It would be hard to make this NOT look grand!

Collection Covet: Elie Tahari's 2009 Resort Collection

Elie Tahari's 2008 Resort Collection Faves

Ok, seriously...it isn't just EVERY DAY that a designer releases an ENTIRE collection that I'm absolutely drooling for. Today, my dears, is MY lucky day! Elie Tahari recently showed their 2009 Resort Collection and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Why?  Oh lover, let me count the ways!

Floral, watercolor prints, killer mini's, bright colored jackets, white shorts, nude platform sandals and wide-leg jeans were all there! And that's just to name a few! As you can see from the collage, above, the collection is incredibly feminine, fun and oh so ideal for all you jet-setters out there! We can only dream to live a life of luxury and ease...but sporting an ensemble that's even CLOSE to one of these truly means you're already half way there!

I'm feeling a bit giving today so I've provided you with some fun speedy-savvy-stylin' below! I figured what BETTER way to show you how to emulate these 8 looks than lay the pieces out for you...all coming in at well under $150! So...if it's drab/dreary day OR you're just itching for a vaca, pronto...pick up some of these goodies below and I guarantee you'll be whisked away to an island...far, far away! Enjoy!

Wardrobe Essential: White Gowns Invade Cannes Film Festival

White_gowns_are_everywhere_at_canne

Ahhhh...I'm on a wee-bit of a gown kick, I know, I know. But there is just an array of fancy-schmancy frocks that are showing their gorgeous selves, as of recent, so I just can't ignore. I recently took notice of a HUGE array of white gowns on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. These are just a few that I found...there were, surprisingly, many, many more.

Usually a white gown lend itself well to standing out in a sea of black and jewel-toned colors...but not at Cannes, my loves. Many celebs stepped out in a white hued gown...go ahead, I know you Cannes pick a fave?

Featured above, the gowns come in an array of cuts, shades and designers...but all aim to stun, and do just that! Upper left and clockwise; Lucy Liu in Roberto Cavalli, Gillian Anderson in Alberta Ferretti, Mellody Hobson, Penélope Cruz in Marchesa, Victoria Duffy in Alberta Ferretti, Tiziana Rocca, Andrea Osvárt, Eva Longoria Parker in Atelier Versace and Goldie Hawn in Roberto Cavalli.

Which look do I favor most, from the above collage? Well, if I were at Cannes I think I'd lean towards Penelope Cruz's Marchesa gorgeousness or Lucy Liu's Roberto Cavalli teeny FLORAL fun.

We've mentioned white as a "go-to" color, pretty much ALL YEAR LONG (Here and Here and Here and Here) so I don't think it should be very difficult for you in invest in a hot little white gown for night's out on the town or a classic and perfectly fitting white button-up blouse for casual/work perfection. Enjoy!

BOTB - Belle of the Ball: Gowns are Silver Lined at American Country Music Awards

Silver_lined_gowns_at_academy_of_co

I'm such a country girl at heart! I was pleasantly surprised to be flipping through channels last night and VOILA - the ACM's were rearin' to start! Yee-haw! As usual ladies were decked out in diamonds, big hair and sprakly ensembles. Above, some of my favorite gowns were all silver-lined. Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland fame takes home RunwayDaily's Gold Star of Style. But don't let that take away your attention from the other four stunners!

Sara Evans looked SMOKIN' hot in her short and tight gown...all the silver was actually perfect and not overbearing at all! Carrie Underwood's silver FRINGE goodness was so ACM appropriate. Plus her gorgeous golden locks and killer tan really let the gown sparkle and shine! The always adorable and uber pretty Taylor Swift sported an empire waisted goodie and Nicole Kidman (I know, she's NOT a country star...but she's married to one) also rocked the orange carpet in a shorter silver frock that perfectly accentuated that growing bump.

Ok...I can't hold back and I must share one of the highlights of last night's show. ACM's are always filled with laughter, bantering and some memorable moments. Taylor Swift stole every...single...attendees...attention during her live performance. For lack of any other term...I'll stick with FIERCE as a descriptor! Check it out HERE! RunwayDaily hub was actually watching with me (NOT a country fan) and I must say, he turned over to me and said, "Wow, that was awesome!" She rips off her jeans and hoodie for her first 'stunt' to expose a LBD...and then about two minutes later, into the song, lil' Miss Swift is singing in the RAIN! No joke...she gets soaking wet and all I have to say about this is, "If I was a rock/country super star...this is exactly what I'd do!" Check IT out!

London Fashion Week: Bold and Wearable - Printed Dresses for Fall (and Summer)

Printed_dresses_on_the_fall_london_

Prints ran the gamut at London's Fall Fashion Week this year. Plaids, florals, neons, brush strokes and mis-matched stripes are just to name a few. Featured above, numerous designers showed garments that fall into these categories. Glancing upper left and clockwise; Topshop Unique, Eley Kishimoto, House of Holland, Allegra Hicks, Sinha-Stanic, Paul Smith Women, Eley Kishimoto and Aquascutum.

Honestly, your array of choices for this here, trend, is truly endless...but one thing is certain, you MUST get yourself a fun printed frock before Fall arrives.

I've provided you with a tiny bit of speedy-savvy-stylin' below. All frocks are UNDER $50 (happy, happy Friday) and can transition well from your Summer wardrobe on into Fall. Yes, we're already talking 'Fall pieces' because I want you to be the 'first to know!' Enjoy!

Wanting/Wishing/Wearing: Purple Pieces - As Seen on Charlize Theron, Victoria Beckham and Christina Aguilera

Charlize_theron_victoria_beckham_an

We have a bit of purple fashion passion here at RunwayDaily! We've mentioned it before...click HERE and sadly, HERE! Though our heart still hurts for Heath, we're here today to show YOU how to incorporate one of the hottest fall colors into your summer ensembles!

Above you see gorgeous gals; Charlize Theron, Victoria Beckham and Christina Aguilera all showing some purple pride. I honestly can't pick my fave look of the three because I see than all as very appropriate for different functions. I love the dramatic and revealing neckline on Charlize, tres chic! And how about the short mini and LADY-LIKE cardigan set on Victoria? Adorable. PS - About that Birkin...insert drool! Lastly, Christina is one hot new momma in her eggplant sweater dress that's CINCHED tightly by that rocker-chic STUDDED belt to show off all her killer curves.

So, want to add a touch of purple to your summer FUN? I do, I do! Just last night I headed to the Giants game with our visiting family and what did I sport...an adorable flutter-sleeve purple T shirt and R.D. Hub gave it the seal of approval for a great color on me! I've added some speedy-savvy-stylin' below to get you going! You might already have a piece in your closet that you haven't rotated in, as of recent! Tomorrow...when you're getting dressed for work, play or a night out on the town...think purple passion and add an element to you look in a lilac, lavender or eggplant hue!

Outfit Inspiration: Shopping and a Pedicure à la Andy Warhol's 'Marilyn Monroe'

Andy_warhols_marilyn_monroe

(Click for More Info and Where to BUY!)

Outfit Inspiration is just what it says...a way for ME to show YOU that you can gather inspiration for killer ensembles from nearly ANYTHING!!! Today's inspiration is from another one of the greatest masters of all time...the famous artist, Andy Warhol.

Artist Andy Warhol became the first artist to recognize the artistic potential of the screen printing process, which up until then had only been used in industry to print packaging. It allowed Warhol to mass produce paintings in his New York studio 'The Factory' with the help of his team of assistants, and saw the birth of the Pop Art movement (got that info from here). We're not really going to talk 'art class' today...but we did use Warhol's fabulous bright/bold color palette to create a lust-worthy pedi/shopping day look, just for you!

Glancing above, you will see the Polyvore assisted collage is rich in BOLD and BRIGHT colors just like Warhol's Marilyn Monroe is! NEON is all the rage and adding a small dose to your ensemble is a sassy spin on this huge, new trend. As I'm actually racing out the door to get a pedicure with a good girlfriend (birthday present for her) I started imagining what I might sport if I had the time to throw it all together. Above is precisely what I'm feeling like wearing...but don't have time!

Here we go...a white VEST and paper-bag shorts, paired with bright PINK wayfarers...a hat to keep the sun off and then a big pink re-usable shopping tote. Espadrilles that are open-toed for pretty painted toesies and some awesome accessories tie the whole look together. Do notice I'm bringing my own polish for any later touch-ups to allow the pedi to look it's best and well, get my money's worth. Bright pink lipstick and some pretty perfume will also be in my bag! So...as I hustle out the door, in my long black MAXI DRESS and flip flops...if I had the time, I'd race back in my room and walk out truly dazzling like a Warhol painting! Enjoy!

Muse of the Moment: Meredith Melling Burke

Muse_of_the_moment_meredith_melling

So I know you might be saying to yourself, "Who is Meredith Melling Burke?" She's actually someone you are closer to than you even know! If you're an avid VOGUE reader like me...Meredith is one lady telling you what to wear next. She's their Senior Market Editor and has impeccable taste and killer style! Her wardrobe is drool-worthy (yes, I'm sure much of it is free or borrowed) but STILL!!! She puts pieces together that even I have not thought to do, as of yet. Let's take a close look at the collage above and let me tell you WHY I love me some Meredith Melling Burke...and her ensemble choices!

Moving right along, going left to right, top to bottom...let's get down to the nitty gritty, shall we? MAXI DRESS, leather bomber and a SKINNY BELT...love it! TURQUOISE scarf paired with a STRIPED shirt and WIDE-LEG white trousers is a sweet spin on Spring's nautical trend. The LONG VEST and champagne gown are a gorgeous combo for any soiree. Lastly, on the top row, another maxi dress paired with the Cali-cool SCARF...tres chic!

Row two starts of really strong with an OVERSIZED blazer and blue maxi...and are those GLADIATORS I see peeking out underneath? Me thinks so. The pretty, preppy and equestrian themed ensemble is next - FULL SKIRT and BELTED is positively adorable on her slender frame.

The next two looks on the second row are polished, pretty and FLORAL. In the first, my eyes are drawn to her SKINNY BELT and BOLD ACCESSORIES with the second look just showing that Burke is NOT afraid to take a daring fashion "chance" every once in a while! (PS - She got a ton of slack for this one, though.)

Only four more to go...please tell me you are you taking notes? Hope so! Ahhhhh, the next LADY-LIKE ensemble is one I just adore. It's perfect for lunching with the ladies or church-going with R.D. Hubby. The BIG FLORAL print and killer shade of GREEN create a perfect Spring/Summer palette.

Up next, I'm positive you know where I'm going with this one...PATTERNED TIGHTS and STRAP-HAPPY PLATFORMS take this whole look to another level. Burke looks adorable in her CROPPED grey jacket and blush pink dress. How about that STATEMENT NECKLACE around her neck too? Love it.

Lastly...I just wanted to show Meredith Melling Burke in a long black skirt and T-shirt combo! Her tight ponytail and perfect makeup make this one of the EASIEST 'to-do' looks from this entire collage. Remember, T-shirts are so chic and an easy thing to mix with high/low items and even for fancy Galas...they are still a "do!"

It's Monday and I had a fabulous weekend...so I'll do you ONE MORE FAVOR! I've added some speedy-savvy-stylin' below for your ultimate viewing pleasure. All items are pieces that are inspired by Meredith Melling Burke's wardrobe essentials. All pieces are under $50 so if you adore her looks as much as I do...no excuse to add an itty-bitty M.M.B. to your own personal wardrobe! My fave pieces from the grouping that would totally be added into constant rotation if I owned them all? I can honestly say, "Every...single...last...one! Yep, ALL fourteen pieces!"

Personal Peek: The Most Gorgeous Woman I've Ever Known - My Mother

My_mom_is_gorgeous

This right here...yep, that's right...it's R.D.'s Momma-cita! Readers, my gorgeous Mother. My gorgeous Mom, all my readers! As you can see...she is one stylish woman, too. She has always seemed so precisely put together, even with four little ones around her, for many, many years. Her adorable and tiny dresses (she's 5'3" and I'm nearly 5'8") and always the perfect accessories...in my eyes, my Mother has always been such a classic beauty.

There is not enough words to describe all the life-lessons I've learned from her...but since this IS a fashion blog, I better stand true to WHY you read daily...as you can see, my Mom is one fashionable lady! Taking a look at the pics above...many of the trends I've highlighted are exemplified in her wardrobe choices. No really...take a closer look; TURQUOISE gorgeousness at our wedding, my favorite picture of all time (plus, her one piece black suit is oh soooo chic), a FLOWERED dress and WHITE kicks, YELLOW always flatters, POLKA DOTS and PEARLS, an adorable animal-print shirt-dress with a BELTED waistline, STATEMENT NECKLACE with a classic CARDIGAN and last, but certainly not least...another precious PINK floral goodie!

I do think we learn to dress from those we're closest to growing up and although I tend to love some wild/show-stopping pieces...my Mom's wardrobe just oozes elegance, with her lady-like silhouettes and classic pieces.

On this here Mother's Day...the 27th we've shared together...I'd like to give her a standing ovation for not only being the most amazing woman in my life but also tell her that her style is something I hope to emulate over time. She is elegant, lady-like and beyond gorgeous...but just as she'd say to all four of us, "From the inside out, that's what matters most!" I love you Mom...I'm blessed beyond words!

Gold Star Celeb Style: Costume Institute Gala at the Met - Ivanka Trump, Camilla Belle, Molly Sims, Jacquetta Wheeler, Chanel Iman and Barbara Walters

Gold_star_celeb_style_at_the_costum

I know...I know! I'm a bit late with my bevy of top beauties, but better late than never, right? I've finally whittled down my top 6 looks from Monday Night Costume Institute Gala at the Met; aka: the East-coast Oscars! So many to choose from but I only wanted to show a gown once...so some of my other favorites were included in the REAL-LIFE COUPLES post and the GOLDEN GIRL GOWNS post. Here are the top 6 that stand alone!

So...shall we? Above and working our way clockwise; Ivanka Trump sizzled in J. Mendel. The CRISS-CROSS NECKLINE really accentuates her shoulders and I have to say that her bindi is just too cute too! Next, Camilla Belle looks ravishing and WON today's GOLD STAR OF STYLE in Armani Privé and Fred Leighton jewels. The color suits her skin tone to perfection and her minimal accessories allow the gown to shine brightly!

Moving on to Molly Sims and her bold Versace gown. We've told you how hot YELLOW GOWNS are...and paired with a splash of TURQUOISE and gold accessories...she's def a DO! Jacquetta Wheeler took my breath away in her cerulean blue goodie...her short do, colorful accessories and radiant skin are the perfect compliment for such a gorgeous hue.

Two more to go...Chanel Iman a MUSTARD YELLOW colored 3.1 Phillip Lim gown is looking more elegant that ever! I love that she CINCHED in her waistline with a copper colored belt and her T-straps make the look just a tad more casual. Last, but not least, someone who's making BIG headlines with the release of her controversial autobiography (I sort of want to read it) but Barbara Walters wasn't letting the gossip stop her from glowing. She looked particularly ravishing in her TURQUOISE gown and statement-making diamonds.

Each and every lady looked just amazing at the Gala. I must extend R.D. golf claps to each of these 6 ladies for taking the cake in the fashion department. So until next year...we're happy with what we saw for SURE!

Real-Life Runway: Emmanuelle Chriqui and Laura Blokhina in Same Stella McCartney Jumpsuit

I love jumpsuits. I love Entourage. I love Emmanuelle Chriqui. I love Stella McCartney. Do you feel the love for this, here...post, yet? Well let me just get going and believe me, you will!

Emmanuelle Chriqui recently stepped out wearing her precious jumpsuit ensemble for Stella McCartney's Tuesday night garden party. McCartney hosted both a cocktail party followed by a special screening of the Peter Sellers classic The Party at her West Hollywood boutique. Do you adore Emmanuelle choice of ensemble? I do!

Above right, Laura Blokhina worked the same jumpsuit for McCartney's Spring 2008 Ready-to-Wear Collection. Let's dissect further to find out WHO wore it better. Shall we?

We've already told you how much we just adore a bit of jumpsuit action, HERE, HERE and HERE! So obviously...it's that time to invest! Glancing at the two looks above, I tend to lean towards belted waistlines as it CINCHES everything in perfectly. If you glance at Laura Blokhina on the Runway, you'll see that the jumpsuit just hangs off of her tiny (?) figure and a belt would have been a great addition to add some curves. So take note, if you're wearing an un-structured jumpsuit...add a belt! Who takes the cake on this one...I'm going to definitely go with Emmanuelle Chriqui!

So, how do you emulate this look? You can buy the orignal jumpsuit for $1395 right HERE...or you can just look for a less expensive option, via my speedy-savvy-stylin', below!

You want to know my faves from below? The Denim Jumpsuit from Newport News for a whopping $27.99 and then their Short Jumpsuit in dark peacock for $25 are both so precious...and how can you resist that prcie? Reminder: Make SURE to add...a...belt! A jumpsuit without a belt is just tragic, but belted, is pure chic. For a sure-fire way to compare again, check THIS out! Enjoy and yes, I agree, saying that Pamela Anderson actually made a correct fashion choice happens only once in a lifetime!

Personal Style: "Running Errands" - à la Nicole Richie

(Click for More Info and Where to BUY!)

I just love me some Nicole Richie style! There is seldom a time when I've seen her NOT look good! She throws pieces together with such ease but can also glam it up for a night out on the town or a red carpet event! Isn't that the perfect fashion know-how we all continually strive for? Here, we see Richie above, coffee in hand, recently spotted leaving traffic school in Van Nuys, California (we'll NOT chat about that). Read on to find out WHY I adore her ensemble and how to make the look your own!

Richie's combo of a printed dress/jumper that incorporates stripes and a peacock print lends itself well to one of Summer's hard-to-do, but uber cool trends; Mix & Match! Her addition of a long sweater and BRIGHT PATENT bag makes the look so Cali-cool! Wayfarers, comfy cowboy boots and a statement-making hat round out this easy-to-emulate ensemble.

Take a look at my speedy-savvy-stylin' above, via Polyvore. A graphic print dress, cowboy boots, tights, a long CARDIGAN, cutesy charm necklace, killer sunglasses, fun hat and colorful purse. Don't forget your eco-friendly SHOPPING BAG, too!
