Have you been on the edge of your seat anxiously awaiting Runway Daily's Number ONE picks for Fall Fashion? I hope so. What exactly does this mean? I'm one to say that I do not tend to spend over $100 for a belt. Honestly, the most expensive belt I've purchased must be around $50 and that was daring, in my book!
