Etsy Finds: RWD Shops Local - Massachusetts

Great etsy artisans in massachusetts

I love Etsy! I find some of the most original vintage pieces, accessories, homemade beauty finds and gifts on Etsy. It got me thinking...why would I not be sharing this amazing site with all my readers?

First and foremost, I like to shop local. How do I do that? It's so easy! Go to Etsy's homepage and look on the bottom left under the Explore header. Select Shop Local and voila...you're in the know!

Today we're shopping semi-local and rounding up some of the best artisans all over Massachusetts. I used to spend my college summers in Massachusetts nannying for a family that had a home outside Boston and one on Cape Cod too. I have a special place in my heart for this gorgeous state and my sister/her hubby owned a condo in Cambridge too.

With that being said, I've rounded up some great fashionable finds above via Etsy featuring artisans all over Massachusetts. I'll lay out the price-point, the artisan link and the item link below for each piece featured above. I'll even tell you WHY I love it too. Enjoy!

1. X and O Earrings in 14K Gold for $128 by Garnet Girl Designs

Simple, sweet and such great statement makers...these adorable lil' studs are made from recycled metal and cute as can be.

2. Small Glass Memory Locket for $38 by PoPkO

Your creative juices can overflow thinking of ideas for teenie tiny things to put inside this gorgeous magnetic locket. We love the idea of a tiny love letter or a lucky penny.

3. Larch Onishi Hybrid Bag in Graphite for $309 by Valhalla Brooklyn

I mean seriously...they totally had me at, 'Made from soft and gorgeous graphite grey cowhide.' Lined with an awesome printed cotton and totally chic, this bag will get you noticed and guaranteed to be a show-stopper too. Plus, what doesn't that color match?

4. Chocolate Espadrilles (sz 7.5) for $12 by Modern Library

The perfect summer shoe, I love espadrilles with this great ankle wrapped detail and these are vintage. Greener option that purchasing new and you just can't beat that price.

5. Chinese Turquoise Ring for $24 by Tree Swing Studio

Love, love, love this lil' ring. How sweet that it's made of leather and the awesome turquoise and silver accents just made this a complete summer accessory do!

6. Handmade Soap for $4.95 by De Shawn Marie

This hand soap's tagline boasts, 'Limoncello Handmade Soap made with Coconut Milk, Lemon and Lime.' Are you hungry yet? Everything about these ingredients just entices me and sounds like the most wonderful smelling concoction ever!

7. The Tangerine/Peach Quartz Sterling Ring (sz 8) for $22.50 by Lush Boutique

I love to don great statement making rings all summer long. You see a ton of blues and greens for the summer months so this orange hued goodie caught my eye. It would look great paired with a golden tan, long white maxi and some nude colors gladiators.

8. The Hipshack Modern Belt Pocket for $59 by May Tree Ark

Yep, that's a fanny pack. But honestly, what better way to carry around all your needed items when you just don't feel like luggin' a purse on your shoulder? Perfect for all those summer concerts and that great summer vaca...you'll thank me later, promise!

9. Two Vintage Celluloid Cameos for $12 by Tomato Red

These totally have Chanel-esque influences written all over them. Gather some strands of pearls and throw a great ribbon around a side and secure it with one of these and voila, a chic and statement making summer necklace. Lady-like and gorgeous, cameos are one of my fave go-to items!

Etsy Shops: Great Fashion & Beauty Items for Springtime and Easter

Related Posts with Thumbnails

Great spring and easter fashion finds on etsy

I love Etsy! I find some of the most original pieces of artwork, home accents, accessories and gifts on Etsy. It got me thinking...why would I not be sharing this amazing site with all my readers?

Today I've decided to not do a local roundup like I've done before in Austin, TX, Portland, OR, Baltimore, MD and Vancouver, BC. We here at CasaCullen also opened up our own shop since purchasing our home in October and finding ourselves much more curious about home design. Check it out HERE!

With everything pretty much under $30, you have no reason not to add a touch of chic into your life, via us. Here are some quick links directly below to entice your senses. Click any of the thumbnails for more info and pricing:

Featured above are 8 amazing artisans from Etsy that I've handpicked for you. How gorgeous it today's layout? I mean, really! The colors are beyond enticing and the pieces, each and every one, have me absolutely in complete adoration. Let's chat for a bit about why each pieces was chosen.

Starting from the top, I want to wear this Robin's Egg Necklace around my neck...right...now. This is adorable, chic and so spring appropriate! And you know how much I love a touch of turquoise in the home decor department so why not wear the hue around my neck too? As for that whipped pink sugar scrub in the second spot...I want to eat it! I am toying with the idea of doing a sugar scrub as our next DIY Beauty Buzz Recipe. Are you game for that?

Love, love the vintage Lynn Davis dress in spot three and would don that all summer long too. I'm searching for the perfect Easter Sunday dress so this one for $30...I might've just met my match. Moving onto the adorable shoe clips in spot four. I am totally wanting shoe clips to come back in style. You can even don them on the back of your kick for a flirty exit...so chic!

I adored all the layered chains on the Parisian runways HERE so it should come as no surprise that this more subdued and feminine version caught my eye. Make sure to take a close look at this piece. My fave unexpected part of this elegant combo is the vintage pendant of a bird in its birdcage.

I'm a sucker for a good sun/floppy hat so the bright blue goodie in spot six does the trick for me. With that being said, feminine accessories are a great way to ring in spring and the bracelet featured in spot seven is drool-worthy. It combines the elegance of a cameo with a sweet pastel palette that I adore.

Lastly, that clutch in spot eight has me just singing spring's praises. A Momma bird and it's baby sharing a sweet moment...truly a great gift for the new Mom in your life! How much would your eyes light up if you woke up Easter morning and saw this in your basket? Or better yet, what a sweet 'just for nothing' gift too. Man oh man, I seriously wish more of your men read my blog, ha!

I've also done you a big favor and provided links to each product along with a link to the seller's shop too. Make sure to take a minute and browse through their shops. I could literally spend hours on Etsy just window shopping. Enjoy and be sure to check out all of our other Easter and springtime-chic home decor finds on our sister blog, CasaCullen. Enjoy!

I love Etsy! I find some of the most original pieces of artwork, home accents, accessories and gifts on Etsy. It got me thinking...why would I not be sharing this amazing site with all my readers?

First and foremost, I like to shop local. How do I do that? It's so easy! Go to Etsy's homepage and look on the bottom left under the Explore header. Select Shop Local and voila...you're in the know!

Obviously, I adored our last lineup from Baltimore, MD and today's featured location is none other than the great Vancouver, BC. Chock-full of great creators and imaginative artisans, Vancouver has been on the map for weeks now as they're hosting the winter Olympics. I'm literally drooling over the images they are showing...can't wait to go for a visit one day.

I've actually never been to Vancouver but my sister has and she told me it was beyond gorgeous. I'm loving all the snow-capped mountains and gorgeous greenery that I'm seeing every night. Also, Ryan Reynolds is from there so that's always a plus in my book, ha!

Well no more day-dreaming for this girl and let's get back to this here Etsy Finds post. It's the first time I've ever featured eight artisans because I just couldn't settle for six. Vancouver has got it going on in the creative category, that's for sure! Featured above are eight fabulous artisans with their Etsy store links below. Let's dissect.

I'm adoring the spring-worthy frock featured in the number one spot. That Acapulco Muu Muu for $10 has me wanting warm weather pronto or maybe a beach vacation too. I'm just lusting to smell the Lavender Tea Tree Soap for $5 in spot three because you already know me, I'm a sucker for some homemade bath essentials.

I want to take a moment and point out the gold crystal hair comb featured in the 5th spot for only $69. Of course, this piece is beyond gorgeous for any future bride but I must tell you, dear readers, hair combs have been spotted on both the 2010 spring and fall runways. Keep an eye on this adorable new hair trend and raid your grandmother's closet for supreme vintage combs.

Lastly, I love the silver stacked bangle set in spot 4 for $64.95 and the vintage wool tan fedora on the bottom right has my eyes crossed with complete glee. I want that piece, pronto for only $50. Enjoy and make sure to check out ALL of our Vancouver home design and cooking finds on our sister blog - CasaCullen right HERE!

Etsy Finds: RWD Shops Local - Baltimore, MD

RWD shops local on etsy in baltimore md

I love Etsy! I find some of the most original pieces of artwork, home accents, accessories and gifts on Etsy. It got me thinking...why would I not be sharing this amazing site with all my readers?

First and foremost, I like to shop local. How do I do that? It's so easy! Go to Etsy's homepage and look on the bottom left under the Explore header. Select Shop Local and voila...you're in the know!

Obviously, I adored our last lineup from Portland, OR but today's featured location is none other that the great Baltimore, MD. Chock-full of great creators and imaginative artisans which includes the home-base for one of RWD's fave shows Ace of Cakes. Ahhh, I totally have a secret crush on the crazy Duff.

I've actually never been to Baltimore but one of RWD Hubby's previous bosses (still a great friend) used to always talk about his hometown of Baltimore with beaming pride. He's a man of good taste so I'll let him vouch completely for this city I know very little about. So why Baltimore?

Another good friend (the writer/creator of Purpose ReDesign Studio in Tallahassee) forwarded me the gorgeous Etsy shop that featured the killer green Tshirt scarf above. I knew I had to round up other Baltimore creators, pronto!

So moving along, featured above are six fabulous artisans with their Etsy store links below. Let's dissect. Love the vintage dress featured in the number one spot. It's pleated front is adorable and lends such a nice touch of femininity too. For $14.50 I'm absolutely drooling over that white beaded bag. You know I'm a sucker for BROOCHES so the broken plate bright yellow goodie is absolutely a great statement-making piece. Plus it's eco conscious as it uses recycled pieces.

Rounding out my top 6 finds are some incredible stacker rings, some smooch worthy lip gloss (yum) and that killer green Tshirt scarf. Look closely, queen anne's lace is printed in pale blue which is just so unexpected and awesome. For $18, I think this piece is a royal steal...I know, I'm so punny! Enjoy and make sure to check out ALL of our Portland home design and cooking finds on our sister blog - CasaCullen right HERE!
