I seriously couldn't WAIT to see the pieces. After the few sneak-peeks we've gotten at both the Teen Choice Awards (she was BEST DRESSED in my book) to her glittery silver frock at the VMA's (both featured below), my enthusiasm had boiled nearly over. Well, her Collection, though professionally presented and highly anticipated seemed very dowdy and over-done to me. Pieces/designs we've all seen circulating at levels equal to Target, Kohl's and dare I say, WAL-MART. I did like how she named garments after her friends...but HEY LAUREN, where is the Whitney piece!??! Please Lauren, take a cue from your own personal style, stick with designing hair-wraps, the SINGLE piece of your Collection that really stands out! Don't get me wrong, we love Lauren, but want to see so much MORE from her next Collection than the boredom that this one ensued!
