Ok, that might be taking it a bit too far but I'm absolutely smitten and now have to watch the time so I don't waste my life away over there, just pinning away. It's totally time to bust out those pasty white piggies and start donning those statement making sandals. Spring is the perfect time to purchase a new pair and start breaking them in. They'll be your favorite byt the time those scorching hot summer temps roll around. We admit, $100 is a lot to drop on a pair of flat sandals, but we can't believe how much wear we actually get out of ours every year.
Why flat? Because I want to trek all over town in these puppies! I want to don them with dresses, cutoffs, long maxis and plaid shorts. I want them to be versatile...dress up and dress down. Plus, the older I get the more likely it is you'll see me in flats and not heels. Don't get me wrong, I love a good pair of heels but at this stage in the game, this chica is all about comfort. Comfort is king when it comes to one of spring's hottest shoes, the Espadrille. My Mom used to don these classic kicks when we were growing up and I searched all over Europe for my perfect pair, only to leave with four pairs of Italian sandals and no Espadrilles. Next trip, there's always a next trip, right? With that being said, I'm on a hot and heavy pursuit for that perfect pair for summer.
