Twinsies: Carmen Electra, Paris Hilton and Becki Newton in Same Green DvF Dress

I'm watching good ol' Ellen today and BAM, I glance up and there's Paris Hilton (pre-Nylon party photo above) in this exact green Diane von Furstenberg dress. She stopped me in my tracks (or shall I say, typing) because she looked THAT GOOD in it. I just had to know who made it, pronto!

A few minutes later, I'm glancing through my daily dose of People and I come across Carmen and Becki wearing, yep, you guessed it...the SAME dress! Wow, this is a color we've spoken about before (HERE). An electric shade of green that's definitely hard to miss. Which lady do you think worked the look best? I saw Paris in motion and like I said, it was gorgeous...but judging by these photos, I might have to go with Carmen. Regardless of winning...a fun seasonal cocktail dress option for sure. Don't roll your eyes...it'll be here before you know it! Enjoy!

Twinsies - Marchesa Style

Triplets is more like it! This Marchesa gown, though the beadwork and empire style is flattering, is just TIRED! Mischa Barton first appeared in it on the red carpet during the Euro premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean 2 in July 2006. This September, Georgina Chapman (one of the FAB designers for Marchesa) worked it at Marchesa's New York Fashion Week/Spring 2008 showing. Only days later, the gown, now floor length and salmon colored was worn by Rhea Durham (Mark Wahlberg's lady) at the 2007 Emmy Awards. Just to show you, last seasons dress still garners this seasons attention! But in all honesty, Marchesa produces so many amazing gowns, let's hope another style gets shown on our 'twinsies' radar soon!
